What's your return policy?

We have a 100% No B.S. money back guarantee. If you aren't completely satisfied with your order we'll happily refund your money. No questions, no hoops to jump through and no need to send it back. 

Apparel: We offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy on all of our apparel. If you are unhappy with your order in any way you can return it for a full refund within this timeframe. See shipping section below for instructions…

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, these shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What if I want to cancel/adjust my subscription?

You have the ability to modify your subscription at any time, however adjustments or cancellations must be completed before the coffee ships from our warehouse. Once the package ships we will be unable to refund you for that month's subscription dues. For that reason, we recommend you make any changes as soon as you can to avoid unwanted charges on your account.

How Do I change my Subscription?

If you would like to adjust or cancel your subscription email us at hello@launchcoffeeco.com before your next payment is charged. Please include "Subscription Change-Your Name" in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible on any changes that you'd like to make. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS, FedEx and UPS and offer a standard flat rate shipping charge on all orders within the USA. Orders over $50 automatically qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

How can I track my package?

You will receive a notification email as soon as your package ships. This will contain a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is and when it will arrive. If for some reason you don't see the email, check your spam folder as they can sometimes be accidentally placed there.
